With this service I will follow you step by step throughout the organisation of your wedding. I will always be at your side to make your dream come true.
The first step will be a totally free video call to get to know each other and to understand, in broad outline, what your wishes for your dream wedding are.
The second step will be the signing of a formal contract and let’s start with the planning and preparation stages of your wedding, which includes:
- Consulting and assistance in choosing the location and suppliers
- Planning and coordination of all aspects of the wedding, from managing the budget to selecting the decoration, music, photographer and much more
- Study and creation of a wedding style that fully represents you
- Assistance in choosing gifts for guests
- Helping to organise transport and/or accommodation for guests
- Creation of the timeline
- Complete supervision of the event throughout the day
Wedding planner coordinator
With this service, I will start helping you when and if you have already organised most of your wedding.
Once the service is confirmed I will contact all your suppliers, visit the venue and make sure everything has been planned down to the smallest detail to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
On the day of the event I will be with you for the whole duration of the wedding. I will manage the suppliers and logistics, supervise the decorations, manage the programme and guide the guests through the event. I will be with you during the entire celebration until the end of the event and so you can live your dream without worries.

If you are planning your wedding, and are feeling discouraged for whatever reason and need advice, assistance with planning or anything else. Here I am!
Counselling is professional video support prepared especially for you.
Once you have decided on the service, all you need to do is send me an e-mail with the subject of the advice in order to do not waste time unnecessarily during the call.
The price for this service is € 150.00 per hour (VAT not included).
